How do I access my VPS after I’ve ordered?
Access to your server is available through the following means:
• Linux VPS: via an SSH encrypted connection
• Windows VPS: via RDP.
Should you have any problems connecting or with your firewall, a KVM console is also available in the cloud panel to help ensure access.
What operating systems do you offer for your Linux VPS?
We offer many of the most popular distributions including but not limited to Centos, Ubuntu Server, Debian, FreeBSD and many others. Do you need something custom please contact support and we’ll do our best to load the ISO for you.
What do you mean by Unmetered Bandwidth?
We do not measure or monitor the bandwidth usage for the individual Linux VPS, so you don't need to worry about overage charges. The maximum speed you can achieve is 100Mbps.
“Unmetered” does not mean “Unlimited.” As you will share the Internet connections with other clients in the same host server. We do monitor our network very closely. If you use too much bandwidth and affect other client’s usage, we will have to ask you to reduce the bandwidth usage as per our AUP.
What can I do with your VPS Control Panel?
Our self service control panel will allow you to perform many actions including Reboot, Re-Install of the operating system, Console KVM access among other features.
What makes these VPS cost more?
All the resources are dedicated with each of our Titan VPS. This means that we don't over provision any of the resources like CPU cores, Memory or NVMe disk space. This enables us to offer the best possible speed for the most demanding hosting tasks like databases.
